Lead Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to lead our graphic design team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, be able to maximize the talents of their team, and have a strong vision for conceptualizing and executing designs and project briefs according to project requirements and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end creative project development within deadlines.
  • Lead and develop a creative team with strong supervisory skills.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all visual outputs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and software.
  • Monitor project progress and collaborate with other departments.
  • Oversee video content production, including ideation and brand management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years digital graphic design, web design, or video editing experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be trained.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
  • Creative mindset with storytelling skills.
