Role Overview

Mediaverse seeks a seasoned Creative Leader to helm the development of compelling production concepts and guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering premium video content for Fortune 500 clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent storytelling skills, enabling them to craft narrative arcs that evoke emotion and resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Develop innovative ideas that align with client objectives and branding.
  • Storytelling Excellence: Shape narratives to create engaging and emotive content.
  • Script Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to refine script and storyline.
  • Creative Leadership: Guide and manage a team of editors, designers, animators, and DOPs to deliver high-quality visual content.
  • Project Oversight: Manage production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and meeting Mediaverse's high standards.
  • Quality Control: Maintain attention to detail to ensure every project meets exceptional visual and creative benchmarks.
  • Project Management: Effectively time track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to continuously elevate creative output.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience with IT or Blue Chip companies is a requirement.
  • 3-5 years of experience in working at a creative agency, with a strong focus on creative leadership.
