Senior Accounting Role

This position oversees daily accounting operations, with a focus on financial reporting and data accuracy. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential, particularly in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare regular financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
    • Identify and address discrepancies through variance analysis.
  • Accounts Management:
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
    • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor and Client Management:
    • Review and process vendor invoices and employee expenses efficiently.
    • Collect receivables and pay payables promptly to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
