Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor for Content Creators is a key role within our rapidly-growing international organization dedicated to empowering digital content creators.

This position involves coordinating and communicating weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met. It also includes overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.

In addition, the successful candidate will act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues. They will track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary. The ideal candidate will maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.

Furthermore, they will collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks and foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team. Lastly, they will monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
