Remote Digital Advertising Operations Specialist

This role involves working with digital signage across multiple commercial properties in the United States. The successful candidate will upload, schedule, and manage advertising content based on campaign timelines.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring content meets technical specifications, adhering to brand and tenant standards, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with property staff or technicians as needed, maintaining accurate digital content logs, and tracking display uptime, campaign delivery, and ad performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, media, or information technology is required.
  • At least three years of experience in digital advertising operations, media scheduling, or signage management are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience working remotely with US-based companies in a similar capacity.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues are essential.
  • Experience with digital signage platforms or advertising software is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are also crucial.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary for this role.
