Job Purpose and RoleWe seek motivated Cold Calling Specialists to conduct outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Introduce services and build initial rapport with prospects.
- Record call outcomes and update CRM/lead tracking systems.
- Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to report progress.
- Meet daily and weekly call goals.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and be trainable.
- High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems.
