Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our high-impact project focused on onboarding to a new Salesforce Service Cloud instance.

The role involves working with advanced Salesforce technologies including Enhanced Chat, Einstein for Service, and Data Cloud. You'll be part of a collaborative team helping to transform the agent experience through automation and AI-driven insights.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud: Set up case management via email, chat, and web forms.
  • Implement and support Enhanced Chat functionality: Work with messaging in-app and web features.
  • Develop and deploy features using Apex: Triggers, Classes (Controllers, Services, Batch, Utilities).
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components: Support business processes with LWCs.
  • Collaborate on integration of Data Cloud: Surface customer data with external Data Warehouses.
  • Support Einstein for Service features: Suggested responses and agent co-pilot functionality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders: Ensure user-friendly experiences and optimized workflows.
  • Ensure platform scalability and performance: Compliance with best practices in Salesforce development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.

Proficient in Apex: Including Triggers, Classes (Controllers, Services, Batch, Utilities).

Experience in developing Lightning Web Components: Hands-on experience with LWCs.

Hands-on experience with Flows: Process automation.

Working knowledge of Enhanced Chat: A strong plus.

Experience with Data Cloud: Integrations with external data sources an advantage.

Familiarity with Einstein for Service: Agent Force a bonus.
