Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and guide our company's long-term financial planning and performance. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, compliance, and reporting.

  • Direct Finance Operations: Oversee all financial functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury.
  • Develop Financial Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving sustainable business growth.
  • Provide Financial Insights: Offer accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and the board of directors, enabling informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable
