Job Opportunity: Financial Leadership Position

About the Role

We seek a seasoned finance professional with expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and executive support. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, be experienced with enterprise resource planning systems, and be capable of handling high-level administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, track expenses, and process invoices
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist senior leaders in making informed strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems or similar software
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
