Help Desk Analyst

As a Help Desk Analyst at JK Network Services, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate complex problems to senior technicians. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to IT-related queries from clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Document and track all incidents and problems
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk (Hardware and Software)
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule
