Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Sedgwick Richardson. As a key member of our sustainability practice, you will be responsible for consulting to leading organisations in Asia on improving their positive social and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of sustainability reports for clients across various industries in Asia.
  2. Support technical leadership across our full suite of sustainability services, including content strategy and copywriting.
  3. Conduct primary research assignments, such as stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and analyse data to inform strategic recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with Directors and Advisors to develop tailored action plans that meet clients' sustainability visions.
About You
  • Minimum three years of experience leading sustainability report content development to meet leading reporting frameworks and raters' expectations.
  • Proven expertise in analysing environmental, social, and governance data and identifying risks/opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with supporting teams to scope new projects and contributing to pitch proposals.
