Job Overview

Absi is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Research Coordinator to join our team in Makati. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating data monitoring, cleaning, processing, and analysis for reporting purposes.

About the Role
  • Coordinate data monitoring, cleaning, processing, and analysis for reporting purposes, providing recommendations and guidance to relevant colleagues to improve quality and consistency of data collected.
  • Review and provide technical guidance on routine statistical reports prepared by the data reporting assistant, covering monthly, quarterly, and annual Teleradiology primary and QC reports, as well as regular performance assessment reports.
  • Gather and compile data from IOM Teleradiology applications database and reporting systems, organize data, analyze, and prepare regular statistical reports for sharing with respective country operations and finance unit.
  • Coordinate with the ICT application unit for the development and enhancement of Teleradiology reporting systems, compiling technical requirements, preparing datasets, and testing reporting templates.
  • Monitor the Global Teleradiology Quality control process, coordinate discussions of QC discrepant cases between focal radiologists and QC monitoring radiologist, and analyze agreement and kappa results in coordination with the Global radiology Coordinator.
  • Prepare training materials, conduct training to staff in the Teleradiology Center, and contribute to enhancing staff capacity on data quality and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with Teleradiology system administrators, ICT development unit, and other IOM field country operations for data-related fixes and enhancements, sharing reports and responses, and guiding staff in any data-related matter.
Requirements
  • Master's or equivalent degree in Biostatistics, Public health research, Epidemiology, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • Relevant work experience in health data management and data analysis, quality assurance, and use of databases and software applications.
  • Experience and knowledge in implementation and use of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge and skill on use of statistical packages such as STATA and/or R.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, detect meaningful trends and patterns, and communicate findings.
  • Proficient in a Microsoft Office environment, including extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and comfort with learning new software and project reporting tools.
Estimated Salary Range: 90,000 - 120,000 PHP per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
