Job Overview

As a Corporate Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Managers by providing relevant and up-to-date information to develop macro-level strategies that meet long-term and short-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Vice Presidents and Corporate Planning Managers in monitoring and implementing corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with divisional/departmental objectives.
  • Monitor and report status/progress of strategies and action plans critical for attaining business objectives.
  • Work closely with concerned groups to ensure proper implementation of critical strategies and action plans, elevating potential gaps to decision-makers for corrective actions.
  • Prepare materials for brainstorming/ideation sessions, workshops, meetings, and presentations.
  • Document information, issues, agreements, resolutions, and decisions made during brainstorming sessions, meetings, gatherings, and presentations, following through with concerned groups.
Research, Data Gathering, and Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry developments, including global and local trends, and conduct special projects that may be opportunities for growth.
  • Provide timely reports on business performance, macro-economic fundamentals, competitive strategies, industry developments, global/local industry trends, and other required items/topics.
  • Conduct data gathering/validation, research, analyses, studies, and projects.
  • Develop and maintain a database serving as a repository of historical and projected business information.
  • Special project and research studies.
