  • Leverage statistical methods and predictive analytics to address HR challenges.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and strong understanding of data visualization principles.
  • Good experience in handling HRIS systems, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, or SPSS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
