Operational Billing Manager

As a Billing Supervisor, you will oversee and maintain the quality of work within the section while driving team efficiency.

  • Manage the team's mailbox as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure tasks are allocated efficiently.
  • Coordinate activity migrations and updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support process documentation and updates.
  • Lead process reviews, capacity planning, succession planning, and their execution.
  • Advocate for continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports as required.
  • Develop business cases when necessary.
  • Act as the first escalation point for billing operation issues.
  • Evaluate and resolve billing problems involving collaboration with other teams.
  • Develop tactical plans to guide the team and facilitate follow-up actions.

For this role, you should have strong leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have excellent communication skills. You should also be proficient in operations management, people and administrative management, and have knowledge of accounting principles.
