
Digital Learning Experience Designer

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging instructional content to support organizational learning initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and the ability to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Design and develop high-quality instructional content, including courseware, training programs, and multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including trainers, managers, and learners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Script-to-Screen Production: Transform training scripts and storyboards into polished, learner-centric animated videos using Powtoon or similar tools.
- Visual Storytelling: Apply Gordian's tone, branding, and design guidelines to produce videos that enhance clarity, engagement, and retention.
- Storyboarding & Planning: Collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment.
- Audio & Voice Integration: Integrate narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
- Content Conversion: Transform written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats.
- Video QA & Iteration: Review and revise videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
- LMS Collaboration: Coordinate with LMS Content Coordinators and/or Training Developers to format, test, and upload videos to TalentLMS or other platforms.
- Template & Asset Management: Build and maintain reusable video templates and visual assets to ensure consistency and streamline production.
- Project Coordination: Manage video development timelines and deliverables, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with training calendars.

- Proficiency in using video/audio tools: e.g., Powtoon, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe tools, voiceover platforms.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design or eLearning: Required for the role.
- Strong English communication skills: Both written and verbal.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time (Standard) or 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila Time (Daylight).
