Senior Learning Experience Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and e-learning development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing learner-centered training programs, developing related training materials, and conducting learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learner-Centered Training Program Design: Develop comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of learners, incorporating adult learning principles and technologies to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
  • Training Materials Development: Create engaging and interactive training content using a range of multimedia tools and platforms, ensuring that all materials align with the company's brand and quality standards.
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas where training can improve performance, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In instructional design, adult education, and training evaluation, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline), e-learning design principles, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
