Financial Crime Prevention Expert

The Financial Crime Prevention Specialist will play a vital role in safeguarding our financial systems by preventing illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorism financing and fraud.
Your Mission- Verify customer and business identities (KYC and KYB)
- Maintain transaction monitoring to prevent illicit transactions
- Collaborate with partner banks to share best practices and knowledge
- Report Suspicious Activities Reports (SARs) to the Chief Compliance Officer for prompt action
Another key task is adhering to internal procedures and achieving performance metrics to excel in key performance indicators like processing time and accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience- Quick learning ability and enthusiasm for acquiring new insights and skills
- Proficiency in English language
- In-depth knowledge of global AML/CTF practices and regulations
- Proficiency in KYC and KYB processes
- Experience with Transaction monitoring and EDD process
- Solid understanding of financial services and their regulatory framework
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Previous experience in FinTech or startup environments is highly beneficial
