Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data handling and analytics. This role is predominantly focused on data-related tasks including data collection, analysis, and modeling using Excel and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases for efficient data management.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.

Data Collection and Management

  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the system.
  • Develop and implement effective data collection processes.
  • Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.

Programming and Data Modeling

  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
  • Assist in the development of data models and schemas.

CRM Support

  • Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries.
  • Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
  • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes.
