Role Summary

Seeking a seasoned, licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with deep structural or geotechnical experience to act as Engineer of Record on a flexible, part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who still loves the work but prefers fewer hours and no direct business development or staff management.

As a valued member of our team, you will review, advise, and seal designs prepared by our skilled team of civil engineers and drafters, with final oversight from the company's founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review geotechnical and structural calculations and drawings
  • Serve as EOR for select projects
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and high technical standards
  • Support our design team with clear, practical feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design
  • Comfort reviewing work by international teams
  • High integrity and a strong sense of stewardship
