Job Title: HubSpot Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience across the full HubSpot suite, with a proven track record of delivering complex CRM and automation projects.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM and go-to-market strategies across Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, and CMS hubs.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot assets like workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions.
  • Advise on and implement account-based marketing, lead scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, sales enablement, and handover processes.
  • Work with RevOps and Strategy teams to deliver results that drive business value.
  • Develop basic API integrations and use tools like Make.com or Zapier; work with developers on advanced builds.
  • Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest updates and suggest new ideas.
