Key Responsibilities

Our team requires a strategic technology leader to spearhead global initiatives.

This individual will develop and maintain performance reports for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

They will implement and monitor improvements using robust control planning and compliance measures.

Effective communication of project performance and updates across all organizational levels is essential.

  • The successful candidate will create and deliver stakeholder presentations with supporting documentation and tools.
  • They will recommend and implement process standards and methodologies, leveraging Lean Six Sigma expertise.
  • Additionally, they will support departmental improvements in tools, templates, and processes.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in remote, global teams with a flexible and collaborative mindset.

They must be comfortable with flexible work schedules and shifting responsibilities.

A strong background in IT process improvement and project management is necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project) is required.

Experience with Agile methodologies is also an advantage.
