Job Overview

We are seeking a Paid Social Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing paid social campaigns from start to finish, including building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels.

  • Execute paid social campaigns to completion, utilizing a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers and optimize for channel ROI.
  • Analyze and report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders, using data to inform decisions and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, including project management and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze experiments across paid social channels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in performance marketing or a highly commercial role.
  • 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc).
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
