Accounting Specialist Position

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling bank statements, and performing monthly closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely billing and collection of invoices
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in a US accounting firm, with a focus on e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), G Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
