A highly skilled Virtual Marketing Manager/Admin is needed to lead our marketing engine end-to-end. If you're a self-starter who thrives on strategy and execution, this role gives you the autonomy to build, measure, and scale campaigns that truly make a difference.

About the Job
  • Owning all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting is key to success in this position.
  • Manage SEO and local SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors to ensure optimal results.
  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google; expand into TikTok/YouTube for maximum reach.
  • Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot for efficient lead nurturing.
  • Build workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation to streamline processes.
  • Track and report on KPIs: visitors, leads, cost per lead, ROAS for data-driven decision making.
  • Run ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations to ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house) is required.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation) is essential.
  • Experience managing vendors/freelancers is necessary for success.
  • A strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns is crucial.
  • Data-driven, comfortable with KPIs and analytics is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • An organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment is ideal.
