About the Role

The Creative Services Artist is a high-profile position within an esteemed organization. The successful candidate will provide in-house creative design and development expertise to deliver marketing collaterals and advertising materials that enhance the brand, support strategic communications, and showcase company philosophy.

This role ensures cohesive presentation of brand strategy across materials and channels, applying best creative marketing practices and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-house creative design expertise to develop and design innovative materials (advertising, digital, etc.) supporting organizational communication requirements.
  • Design multimedia collaterals using motion graphics and animation while adhering to brand identity guidelines.
  • Maintain a library of institutional materials for use across media channels.
  • Collaborate with various units and internal partners to deliver brand-compliant materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and creative services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creative design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience conceptualizing and designing collaterals or campaigns for financial services is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
