Sales Data Analyst Job Description

As a Sales Data Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable insights at the intersection of data and strategy.

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

This role involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.

This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication of data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
