Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the system service request process for systems under production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth implementation. The position involves managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business analysts to ensure consistent strategy and methodology in business analysis.
  • Align business analysis efforts with organizational priorities as a key leadership role.
  • Provide direction, set standards, and ensure quality work from the business analysis team.
  • Involved in decision-making, including project scope, prioritizing business analysis activities, and managing risks.

Role Requirements
  • Ensure business analysts are aligned with project goals and business strategies.
  • Review Business Requirements Document or System Design Specifications to ensure accurate translation into technical design specifications.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues faced by individual BAs.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and department heads.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments and align business unit analysis work with tactical and strategic business needs.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the business analysis team.
  • Oversee multiple SSRs (mini-projects) in production or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with ITG departments for SSR Release tracker preparation and deployment scheduling.
  • Provide regular feedback on SSR status to the IT Project and Business Relation Department Head.
