This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team in a rapidly evolving global industry.

You will support the Operations Director by providing expert procurement services, designing and implementing a global inventory intelligence platform.

The key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels across supply chain nodes, reconciling daily variances, transforming raw data into actionable insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department, building and refreshing dynamic procurement models to inform strategic decision making, and staying up-to-date with best practices.

The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, asynchronous communication platforms, cloud-based business phone systems, and project management tools.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably BSc Economics, or equivalent analytical experience, along with 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.

Must-have skills include advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation, professional business English, persistent stakeholder engagement, process documentation, and analytical mindset.

  • 1. Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across key supply chain nodes.
  • 2. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage stakeholders to chase ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they impact operational activity.
  • 3. Data Insights
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.
  • 4. Dynamic Procurement Models
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to inform strategic decision making.
  • 5. Best Practices
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.
  • System and Tools
  • Full training will be provided on business systems and tools during onboarding.
  • Experience required with:
  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTable, PowerQuery)
  • Asynchronous communication platforms (e.g. Teams, Slack)
  • Cloud-based business phone systems
  • Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
