About the Role:

">
  • Support process mining and operational analytics initiatives, preparing data for use in process analytics, developing models, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Evaluate process mining platforms, design models using Celonis or similar tools, and collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems, develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, and leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
