Digital Marketing Advertising Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media advertising professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ad campaigns and a strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
- Create and optimize social media ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency specializing in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or paid social media roles.
- Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
- Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
- Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and its application.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance and insights to the team.
