Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Assistant to support our operations. This remote, part-time position focuses on Certified Payroll requirements, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting of payroll.

  • Process weekly payroll for field employees, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs), including federal and state forms, in line with prevailing wage requirements.
  • Analyze and report on fringe benefits for the field team to meet prevailing wage standards and internal cost tracking.
  • Ensure accurate recording of job details, project locations, and applicable wage rates.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience within the construction industry. Familiarity with multi-state payroll, certified prevailing wage rates, and construction software is a plus.

This role requires strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, good communication, and time management skills. The work setup is WFH, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT.
