Key Responsibilities
  • This role will oversee the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT change management, project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • A strong background in the telecommunications industry is also preferred.

Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Identifying potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification in Change Management or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT change management or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
