Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Collect outstanding payments from clients through various channels, including phone, email, and mail
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and payment history
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment collections

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Finance Management course
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable (Billing and Collection) is an advantage
  • Understanding of basic Accounting Principles
  • Able to investigate problems independently
  • High attention to details
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
