Project Management Specialist

Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Schedule calls with clients to understand and document project requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Project Organizer: Manage project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, guaranteeing all client documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Task Translator: Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team.
  • Workflow Collaborator: Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Deadline Driver: Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Organized Communicator: Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
  • Client-Centric Professional: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Multi-Project Manager: Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency.
