Deliver exceptional customer experiences, process orders accurately, and maintain data entry with high precision.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inquiries, resolve order issues, and provide support via multiple channels.
- Enter, update, and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
- Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
- Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into Seller Account.
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
- Assist with operations on various eCommerce platforms.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a related field or as Seller Central specialist.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
