About the Role

We are seeking a skilled logistics billing and accounting professional with a strong background in accounting or law, preferably within a logistics or warehousing environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of invoices to identify errors, overcharges, and discrepancies.
  • Review and assess software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimize processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven accounting experience, specifically within a logistics or warehousing company.
  • Proven experience in auditing, invoicing, billing, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in auditing tools and software; advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
