Operations Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Supervisor to oversee and streamline our content creation team's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, team supervision, or coordination within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily schedules for our content creators, ensuring seamless coverage and meeting all needs.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries and workflow issues.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks and enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture among our 100% remote team members.
  • Track key operational metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO settings.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Prior experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented attitude.
