About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee creative resources, ensuring seamless project workflows and timely delivery of tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality output.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Effectively allocate creative resources to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and refine project management processes to enhance workflow, improve project delivery times, and maintain quality standards.
  • Evaluate deliverables against client expectations and company goals.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams and with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing creative projects, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry, with a focus on video production and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong ad agency background, with expertise in client relations and creative processes.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for managing client interactions and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Linear, Slack, Frame.io, G-Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.
