The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training or teaching, excellent English communication skills, and experience with recruitment platforms and job search tools.

Key responsibilities include guiding clients through platform features, providing clear instructions during live sessions, and documenting common questions and creating solution templates.

As a remote worker, the individual must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and own a computer with Intel Core i5 or equivalent operating system.

  • Conduct 2-3 daily walkthrough sessions with clients via remote access tools
  • Guide clients through platform features and job-seeking activities
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions during live sessions
  • Research client backgrounds and needs before sessions
  • Prepare customized training approaches for different client scenarios
  • Document common questions and create solution templates
  • Master recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and internal tools
  • Stay updated on platform features and best practices
  • Provide feedback for platform improvements
  • Ensure clients understand and can independently use tools post-session
  • Follow up on client progress and provide additional support as needed
  • Maintain professional communication throughout client interaction
  • Proven training or teaching experience (corporate setting preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and job search tools
  • A track record of delivering clear technical instructions
  • Professional video presence and presentation skills
