Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to build and scale our marketing engine across paid, digital, and lifecycle channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Lead Generation:

    • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified buyer and investor leads.

  • Buyer Journey Optimization:

    • Map and refine the property buyer funnel from first enquiry to settlement, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.

  • Lifecycle Marketing:

    • Develop high-converting CRM, email, and SMS campaigns to nurture leads, drive appointments, and support client retention.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs including CPL, ROI, CAC, and LTV, ensuring data-driven decision making.

  • Content & Brand Growth:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content (social, video, project showcases) that elevates brand presence and project appeal.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    • Partner with Sales, Development, and Project Marketing to align campaigns with business goals and ensure every project launch is a success.

About You:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing, ideally within property, lifestyle, or investment-focused industries.

  • Proven success in managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate buyer journeys and what drives property purchasing decisions.

  • Skilled in CRM systems and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Confident in interpreting data, building dashboards, and telling the story behind the numbers.

  • A balance of creativity and analytical thinking: you can brief a video ad, test audiences, and optimize performance — all in the same week.
