Performance Marketing Specialist Job

We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Remote-friendly

PaperCut Collective is a creative performance marketing agency built for results-driven brands. We specialise in SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing for service-based businesses, B2B companies, and high-growth startups across Singapore and beyond.

We're looking for thinkers, doers, and digital strategists who know how to build, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive real business outcomes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

You should be confident managing audits, campaigns, and reporting across multiple clients, and know how to tie performance back to business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct SEO audits and implement technical, content, and on-page optimisations
  2. Create landing pages for SEM Campaigns
  3. Plan, launch, and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
  4. Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality
  5. Build reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution
  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or local SEO projects
