Digital Product Insights Specialist

This role is focused on analyzing digital product usage, defining key metrics, and working with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Segment. Your work will directly influence roadmap prioritization, feature adoption, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze user behavior to uncover patterns and opportunities.
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to define tracking requirements.
- Ensure accurate data collection through tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA.
- Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly.
- Create dashboards and self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
- Work closely with product teams to embed insights into roadmap and feature decisions.
- Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
- Help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
- 2+ years in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with analytics tools.
- Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
- Exposure to event-based tracking tools.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.
