Our company is looking for an experienced professional to lead the Derivatives Operations, Support and Solutions teams across Asia, North America, and UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a focus on Derivatives operations, collateral management, clearing and trade support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional oversight for efficient delivery of change initiatives while maintaining high-quality BAU services.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for risk-averse scalability, transparency, and synergistic alignment across the function.
  • Manage operational risk, validate accuracy of risk assessments, and collaborate with local and segment risk functions.
  • Ensure customer-centered outcomes, define service level standards, and manage KRIs and KPIs.
Leadership Qualities:
  • Manage a growing team with responsibility for hiring, compensation, promotion, and performance management.
  • Develop capability and functional expertise through training, coaching/mentoring, succession planning, and mobility support.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in accounting, finance, or business management. Recognized investment, finance, or accounting designation preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior role leading global operations/large teams; experience in shared services environment is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, with focus on Derivatives operations, collateral management, clearing and trade support.
