Job Role Overview

This position is a key role in driving beverage innovation within the company.

  • Create and launch innovative beverage recipes based on market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Develop training programs to enhance sales strategies and beverage preparation techniques among partners, baristas, and entrepreneurs.
  • Provide hands-on product application and recipe expertise to support the sales team.
  • Maintain partner performance and ensure brand representation aligns with company standards.
  • Conduct regional market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Essential Qualifications

  • Is passionate about beverages and possesses strong creativity skills.
  • Has advanced knowledge in coffee brewing and barista techniques.
  • Can deliver effective training and create engaging learning materials.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will be at an advantage:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
  • Proven barista experience with SCA Barista Skills certification.
  • Training or instructional experience in the food and beverage industry.
