Job Title: Refrigeration Systems Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operations and maintenance of refrigeration systems. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a technical or facilities management environment. Familiarity with refrigeration systems or facility operations is an advantage.

Tech savvy individuals with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools will be preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring refrigeration systems for performance issues, notifying technical teams for troubleshooting, and generating reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and incidents.

Maintenance records, repairs, and inspections will be maintained by the successful candidate. Schedules for routine maintenance and emergency repairs will be coordinated with technicians and vendors.

The point of contact between refrigeration technicians, facility managers, and external vendors will be the successful candidate. System alerts or malfunctions will be communicated promptly to relevant teams.

Refrigeration logs, compliance records, and safety certifications will be updated and filed appropriately by the selected candidate. Audits and regulatory compliance documentation will be assisted with.

Inventory related to refrigeration, such as spare parts and refrigerant supplies, will be tracked and managed by the successful candidate. Necessary materials will be ordered, and an organized supply system will be maintained.

Data entry for refrigeration-related operations will be handled by the selected candidate. Budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs will be supported.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a technical or facilities management environment.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems or facility operations is an advantage.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Familiarity with web-based programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration monitoring software or related technologies.
  • Understanding of safety and compliance requirements for refrigeration systems.
