Job Summary

  1. Craft comprehensive test plans that guarantee rigorous testing of our software.
  2. Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with customer service to promptly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
  4. Consistently update internal documentation reflecting the latest updates and changes.
  5. Report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience.
  6. Actively participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year course;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with using apps on mobile and web;
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies including automation testing with Appium.
