Project Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage processes that ensure the successful completion of complex research documents within set timelines.

About the Position:

This role will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and closing projects by adhering to established procedures. Key responsibilities include creating and monitoring project schedules, training research analysts on project methodology, maintaining project calendars, and communicating with IDC clients and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion of research documents.
  • Coordinate project activities, including initiating and closing projects, creating project schedules, and maintaining action logs.
  • Provide training and support to research analysts on project methodology and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific content, such as interview summaries, survey questionnaires, and project details.
  • Support pilot project initiatives to enhance overall project methodology and process.
  • Communicate with IDC clients and stakeholders to ensure project needs are met.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 0-2 years of experience in a similar position and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • At least 0-2 years of working experience as a project specialist/project coordinator.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
