Job Overview

This position reports to the PSC Team Leader and is a member of the PSC teams focusing on procurement process management, compliance checks, supplier set-up/change requests, procurement helpdesk, invoice price issues resolutions, and many more.

About This Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in indirect procurement (5+ years) and previous experience in a shared service environment. They should be proficient in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills and knowledge of SAP PR2, S/4. The ability to work with deadlines and communicate effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the migration of indirect procurement processes from other global countries to Alabang and prepare related process documentation.
  • Become a subject matter expert for indirect procurement-related topics.
  • Handle and resolve escalated procurement processing issues.
  • Answer and resolve suppliers, stakeholders, and AP queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain supplier master data information in relevant systems.
  • Ensure proper processing of purchase orders and procurements.
  • Perform compliance checks and expedite POs as needed.
  • Answer tickets in the procurement helpdesk.
  • Manage invoice pricing issues.
  • Create and maintain information records and source lists.
  • Execute all procurement activities within scope.
  • Prepare and process electronic request for quotes.
  • Negotiate and execute smaller contracts.
  • Execute projects assigned by commodity management.
  • Conduct desk research and price comparisons.
  • Provide supplier training on tools.
  • End-user training.
  • Savings reporting.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and other procurement team members.
  • Execute procurement audit queries periodically or upon request.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function.
