Job Summary

We're seeking a driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves strategy, execution, and optimization of affiliate campaigns for our e-commerce business.

  • Manage performance campaigns across Affiliate networks and partner platforms.
  • Develop commission structures balancing partner incentives and profitability goals.
  • Analyze partner performance using Partnerize reporting and internal analytics tools.
  • Refine product feed listability for Affiliate networks, ensuring accurate data and optimal performance.
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, and integrated marketing teams to optimize content for performance.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech; recommend new platform tests and growth tactics.
  • Monitor, report on, and analyze performance using platform tools and internal dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer acquisition, improve return on ad spend (ROAS), and scale revenue across our affiliate platform.
  2. Promote brand awareness through engaging content and partnerships.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Affiliate network partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional with a background in affiliate marketing and e-commerce. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce or DTC environment.
  • Deep expertise in Affiliate networks, platforms, and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
